1. Age Requirements and Verification

Who Can Use Hypnoville

Hypnoville is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. The service contains adult content and requires age verification before full access is granted.

Verification Process

You’ll need to:

  • Provide accurate date of birth information
  • Complete our age verification process
  • Revalidate periodically as requested
  • Confirm you can legally access adult content in your location

2. Your Account

Account Restrictions

You cannot create an account if:

  • You are accessing from a territory subject to UK, EU, or US sanctions
  • You are under 18 years of age
  • You are a member of a Proscribed Organisation under the United Kingdom’s Terrorism Act
  • You intend to use the service for illegal activities

Acceptable Behavior

Our community thrives on respect and creativity. You agree not to:

  • Post misleading information

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these terms may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans, at the discretion of Admins and Moderators. Enforcement decisions consider context, severity, and prior infractions, and are final.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is stored within the United Kingdom and the European Union to ensure compliance with strict data protection laws.

We process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: When you create an account, provide optional profile details, or agree to receive communications from us.
  • Legal Obligation: When we are required to store or disclose certain information to comply with applicable laws, including financial records, safety compliance, and law enforcement cooperation.
  • Legitimate Interests: When we process data for service security, fraud prevention, community safety, or internal analytics, provided such processing does not override your rights.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except for PayPal and Stripe, which process donations securely. We do not sell or trade your personal data.

Email Communications

If you choose not to receive emails from us, you will not receive marketing or optional communications. However, we may still send you important service-related emails, such as account security notifications, legal updates, or essential service changes, when necessary.

Message Privacy

Messages between users are not private and are not end-to-end encrypted (E2E). Admins and Moderators responsible for Safety and Site Security may review messages when necessary to ensure compliance with community standards and legal obligations.

Content Retention

We may keep content, including deleted items:

  • For up to 12 months, as required for legal compliance
  • Longer if legally mandated
  • To maintain safety and prevent abuse
  • For legal defense and law enforcement cooperation

5. Legal Framework

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland. We operate in compliance with applicable consumer protection, data privacy, and digital service regulations as required under Scottish law and relevant international obligations.

Liability Limits

We limit our liability to:

  • Paid services: Your last 12 months’ payments
  • Free services: £50, subject to applicable consumer laws

6. Updates and Contact

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when necessary. If significant changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or email.
